Kidfood

KIDFOOD pretty much grew out of that first experience, with The Gradual Vegetarian,  of writing a book about the way we eat, and why we eat what we eat, and why we do or don’t like various foods. I’d been a picky eater as a kid, and then when my husband and I had a kid of our own, that was an incentive to look at how kids eat and what to do if they won’t eat their spinach. Or whatever.
